The First 90 Days: A specialized track for leaders entering new roles who need to establish an Ops foundation immediately.
How It Works
I work as an extension of your leadership team.
A confidential sounding board that operates in the background to ensure your success.
Evening Sessions: To ensure I am fully present and undistracted, all advisory sessions are held in the evenings. This provides a dedicated space for deep reflection outside the noise of the standard workday.
Bi-Weekly Cadence: We meet every two weeks for a 60-minute strategic deep dive.
Asynchronous Support: Direct access via Slack or WhatsApp for “in-the-moment” feedback on strategy docs, hiring decisions, or internal comms.
Retainer Model: I work on a monthly or quarterly retainer basis. No hourly billing, no junior consultants, just a direct partnership.
