My journey to organisational strategy

I started my career in hands-on roles, solving problems for users through UX and service design. But it didn’t take long to realize that even the best solutions and ideas can fall flat without a strong organizational system to support them.

This led me to focus on the operational and strategic side of building great product organizations.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding multiple companies through major transformations.
